You'd better surrender

Did you remember this picture, where I drew a bad, non-canon ending of my story, where my character got caught? Now I decided to draw a more like good ending for my character, for the theme "The protagonist's victory".
So, you all remember world history: last days of April- the beginning of May, 1945. Berlin fell. The Soviets, after a cruel and bloody battle, finally entered that city. In my story, the protagonist, Taras, who was a Soviet spy and acted a role of a secretary in a small office of Gestapo, found and sent all secret data about Nazi crimes to his motherland, but he accidentally revealed himself. After a fight with his main enemy, Heinrich and realising, that his compatriots will be here as soon as possible to capture Nazis, who survived, Taras tells Heinrich, that if he'll surrender, he won't be killed. 
But Heinrich didn't want to surrender easily... But he had no choice.
